new linux-wlan-ng version hope this will go into etch

version 0.2.2+dfsg-1 with new linux-wlan-ng-firmware deb. It downloads upstream orig and makes a deb with the firmware stuff. Added ppc64 arch and some minor changes on debian's docs.
