linux-wlan-ng uploaded and accepted

linux-wlan-ng driver finally uploaded and accepted. Thanks to agi for his sponsorship and Enrico Tassi for his cooperation.

We must clarify the subject of the firmware's licence files incluided on source upstream. This version doesn't include any firmware but it is useless for some nics.

Until this doubt is solved I have an unofficial version 0.2.2-3 with firmware stuff incluided.
