pwc-10.0.7a-5 and effort on linux-wlan-ng growing

Thanks to Sean Finney the pwc was uploaded to Debian. And I am working on linux-wlan-ng in order to provide a non-free deb with the firmware files on it. Maybe this package never gets into Debian but maybe I can provide it myself. Some nics are useless without this files.
